Her Excellency Mrs. Dahabaya Oumar Souni is the current First Lady of the Republic of Chad. A journalist by profession specialised in Political Communication and Public Relations. Prior to attaining First Ladyship she worked as the Media Advisor during the Transitional Military Council.
